Feedback, Compliments and Complaints
Feedback, compliments and complaints are important to us. Whether it is positive or negative, it helps drive continuous improvement in the services we provide and we value it. If we have made a mistake, we want to know so we can not only fix it for you, but look at the processes to see if it is something we can fix for everyone.
You can give feedback, make a complaint or share ideas for improvement by talking to any of us, emailing us, or using the form below. If you are not comfortable talking to a particular person, you can speak to anyone else.
You can speak to the staff members you work with, a studio manager, or call or email our Head Office and speak to someone there.

If you have made a complaint and are not happy with the way we have dealt with it, you can contact the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission on the details listed below and take the complaint further.
A complaint can be made to the NDIS Commission by:
- Completing a complaint contact form.
- Phoning: 1800 035 544 (free call from landlines) or TTY 133 677. Interpreters can be arranged.
- Via the National Relay Service and ask for 1800 035 544.
